Exciting News: A New Chapter for The Mental Militia!

Dear Community,

I am honored to announce that I have been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of The Mental Militia, where I will oversee all of our initiatives online. This opportunity allows us to further our mission of promoting free speech and citizen organization in a politically agnostic space.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our founder, Elias Alias, for his trust and support. His vision has laid the groundwork for what we strive to achieve, and I am excited to build upon that foundation.

I am also thrilled to announce the launch of our new main website, [thementalmilitia.org](http://thementalmilitia.org). This site will primarily serve as a blogging platform and archive for the creative writings of Elias Alias, as well as many articles that were taken down following the hacking of our previous website several years ago. Thanks to the resources at archive.org, we have been able to recover much of this content and are in the process of restoring archives dating back to the late 1990s. We welcome any volunteers who are willing to help us in this endeavor to restore and preserve our rich history.

With a background rooted in editorial pursuits, as well as experience in internet security and a long tenure in the entertainment industry, I hope to leverage these skills to keep our websites safe, secure, and thriving. My experience in the entertainment sector provides me with unique insights into the inner workings of propaganda and media narratives, which I believe will enhance our efforts to foster open dialogue and critical thinking.

We are also excited to reintroduce our online discussion portal, [mentalmilitia.forum](http://mentalmilitia.forum). This forum has faced challenges over the years, including attacks from those who seek to silence free speech. While we hope to recover lost posts in the future, we invite our email subscribers to be the first to post and help revitalize the discussion space before we open it to the public. Your contributions will be invaluable in creating a lively and engaging environment.

While we encourage open dialogue and diverse perspectives, we ask that all participants maintain civility and respect. Harassment or abusive behavior will not be tolerated, as we strive to foster a welcoming community for everyone.

As we approach a particularly volatile election season in the USA, it is more important than ever for us to find common ground with those who hold different opinions.
