Coincidence
As noted in Part One, I eventually lost interest in working for the CDC’s “Quarantine” program. Too bad, I thought, because I really need a job and a government job would probably be the only job an old guy like me could find. But while I continued to look around on the Internet I kept noticing more and more coincidences which paralleled in my interest the oddity of CDC’s timing in needing to hire a bunch of Quarantine program workers. So I did keep considering, kept thinking that maybe I was being too hasty in walking out on a job I needed just because of some silly coincidence which could likely be just a figment of my imagination anyway.
To approach an answer to the question which hovers over CDC’s timing for a Quarantine specialists hiring spree, I myself must be sensitive to timing. When it comes to timing, history is always in the past. My favorite mental hobby is reading books in a quest to discover what I call “hidden history”. So the past is a good place to start in examining the present, which of course intersects both past and future. I’m not saying that anyone is deliberately hiding important facts of our history, but I have found that apparent concerns for brevity and convenience across the 20th Century have caused or contributed to some little details being more or less overlooked. Perspective in time, and in timing, is an element in one’s perception. As a CIA agent once told me, “Perception is Everything.”
So I must be somewhat familiar with American history across the 20th Century in order to have a sense of grounded perception in present times. (I would jump all over a job which needed an amateur historian! But no historian jobs were listed online. It’s the same thing with poetry. The reason I’m the original Unemployed Poet is simply because nobody is hiring poets. When was the last time you saw an ad in the Want Ads for a poet? Or for a historian, for that matter? As our Vietnamese friends used to say to we Marines back in the 1960s, “Nebba Happen!”)
But history is important, so I’m always interested in history. In looking at history we see peak events, and we see patterns. As “D.J.” at Level 9 News likes to put it, “repeated coincidences are patterns, and repeated patterns are plans being carried out.”
One crowded series of peaks in American history is the prevalence of lies fed to the American public by people working inside the American governmental structure. Lots of lies dot the previous decades of 20th American history. Examples? For instance —
We could mention the Powers shoot-down over Russia in a CIA spy plane under Eisenhower’s tenure. Ike got caught lying about it because the ego-centric idiots at CIA (That would include Allen Dulles and Richard Bissell), assured Ike that Russia could not have shot down the aircraft anyway. On 1 May 1960, a United States U-2 spy plane was shot down by the Soviet Air Defence Forces while performing photographic aerial reconnaissance deep into Soviet territory. The single-seat aircraft, flown by pilot Francis Gary Powers, was hit by an S-75 Dvina (SA-2 Guideline) surface-to-air missile and crashed near Sverdlovsk (today’s Yekaterinburg). Powers parachuted safely and was captured.
Initially, the US authorities acknowledged the incident as the loss of a civilian weather research aircraft operated by NASA, but were forced to admit the mission’s true purpose when a few days later the Soviet government produced the captured pilot and parts of the U-2’s surveillance equipment, including photographs of Soviet military bases taken during the mission.
The incident occurred during the presidency of Dwight D. Eisenhower and the premiership of Nikita Khrushchev, around two weeks before the scheduled opening of an east–west summit in Paris. It caused great embarrassment to the United States and prompted a marked deterioration in its relations with the Soviet Union, already strained by the ongoing Cold War.[2]
Powers was convicted of espionage and sentenced to three years of imprisonment plus seven years of hard labor but was released two years later on 10 February 1962 during a prisoner exchange for Soviet officer Rudolf Abel.

I will not ask the reader to click more links to prove my point, but if one wishes to learn some revelatory things about government lying in the 20th Century one might search the Internet for the Bay of Pigs scandal; the Gulf of Tonkin incident; Watergate; the BCCI scandal; the Iran-Contra scandal; “Weapons of Mass Destruction” in Iraq, etc etc. The known list of government lies is long, and the unknown list of government lies is much longer.
Once I had learned a fair percentage of hidden history I began to see patterns among the coincidences of peak events. Seeing those patterns enhanced my perception simply by expanding my perspective. Being just an old country boy who moved to Montana twenty years ago from the deep South, I’ve had some time to think about who I am, what I am, and how I may or may not be obligated as an American citizen to pay any attention to anything the federal government says. My American citizenship is balanced by my honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps with a DD-214 showing my service in that insane war and a whole new view of life after my time at war. I think of myself as a bit of down-home “BlowBack” in the face of the “industrial” part of what Eisenhower dubbed the “military-industrial complex”. That military-industrial complex just coincidentally happens to be one of the strongest drivers of the Wall Street bubble. Of course, I would have to be a bit picky about which government job I could take, being as I’m as prone to question authority as much as any other loyal patriotic American, and government is big on authority.
But I’m going to muse a bit now and ask the reader to go with me as I show how the peak events of recent history were engineered and choreographed by a small group of like-minded “control freaks”, otherwise known as narcissistic power-mad ego-maniacs. Those control freaks somehow have convinced themselves that they are entitled to manipulate the public perception in ways which could create plans about how to use a “pandemic” (providing one just coincidentally came along of course) to achieve their goal of world domination. I will show a surprising continuity in various reasons to lock down American small businesses under guidance of “Quarantine specialists” newly hired to control and direct the government;s drive to reduce the average American to his knees, to bankrupt countless small businesses across the land, cost this nation millions of jobs, disrupt supply chains, damage social infrastructure, dig up and burn the roots of American culture, and coincidentally reset the economy at the same time government is seeking to take Americans off the cash system and force us to use digital currency with our little high-tech smart devices which will attest our compliance with vaccines laden with tracking nano-devices, and biometrics etc. The timing on all such things we’re seeing today is of course, mere coincidence, right?
I’m saying that all of what we’re seeing today, as I write this in the last week of March 2020 and first week of April 2020 is “coincidentally” patterned like a phased-array psychological operation (Psy-Op) being master-minded by a very small group of soul-less individuals. To show that, to share it here in writing, I’d like to look back to the 1890s in England and work forward to present time. I will be brief, touching only on the higher peak events.
I would share now a sequence of events sponsored, inspired, and/or financed by the Rhodes Round Table group in England, which was founded by Cecil Rhodes of London and South Africa, just before the dawn of the 20th Century. The Rhodes Round Table group(s) grew and developed political power via the Rhodes Trust and the Rhodes Scholarship Fund throughout the first half of the 20th Century. There is a very strong reason why every American should know about this, and also an unsuspected reason why we never read about this in our public school textbooks. The Rhodes Round Table original group functioned behind the scenes in British government and directed the development of British policy, primarily British foreign policy. That is the group of self-aggrandized idiots who engineered two World Wars and attempted to establish a one-world government at the end of each of those World Wars. Their first effort failed, but their second attempt succeeded in launching the United Nations. Every one of those peak events seriously affected our grandparents’ generation across the first half of the Twentieth Century.
The reason I wish to mention that political policy-making group has to do with exposing or revealing how secret powers “behind the scenes” in world and national politics somehow manage to communicate secret plans with like-minded peers without the public ever noticing it. I believe that I can show this with clarity and veracity.
The following is an example of how it is possible that the CDC could know in advance that there would soon be, or might be, a pandemic which would necessitate “Quarantines” nation-wide.
So bear with me please as we go over some hidden history which the National Education Association (NEA) would never allow into public school textbooks.
Quoting a passage from a book by Professor Carroll Quigley –
{p. 3} ONE WINTRY AFTERNOON in February 1891, three men were engaged in earnest conversation in London. From that conversation were to flow consequences of the greatest importance to the British Empire and to the world as a whole. For these men were organizing a secret society that was, for more than fifty years, to be one of the most important forces in the formulation and execution of British imperial and foreign policy.
The three men who were thus engaged were already well known in England. The leader was Cecil Rhodes, fabulously wealthy empire builder and the most important person in South Africa. The second was William T. Stead, the most famous, and probably also the most sensational, journalist of the day. The third was Reginald Baliol Brett, later known as Lord Esher, friend and confidant of Queen Victoria, and later to be the most influential adviser of King Edward VII and King George V.
The details of this important conversation will be examined later. At present we need only point out that the three drew up a plan of organization for their secret society and a list of original members. The plan of organization provided for an inner circle, to be known as “The Society of the Elect,” and an outer circle, to be known as “The Association of Helpers.” Within The Society of the Elect, the real power was to be exercised by the leader, and a “Junta of Three.” The leader was to be Rhodes, and the Junta was to be Stead, Brett, and Alfred Milner. In accordance with this decision, Milner was added to the society by Stead shortly after the meeting we have described.

Professor Carroll Quigley titled the book, “The Anglo American Establishment”. Anyone can still buy this book.
In that book we can see which political forces, and the named faces who constructed those forces, set the world up for World War One. We can learn that a Rhodes Round Table group named the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) participated in the drafting of the charter to create the first one-world government, the “League of Nations” right after WWI. The idea for a one-world government had been supported by the Rhodes Round Table group(s) since they managed to take over the editorship of the Times of London in the very early 1900s. The Times of London was *the* newspaper read by members of Parliament each morning, so it was targeted by the Rhodes Round Table on the premise that instead of controlling the perceptions of the masses they could indirectly do so by controlling the perceptions of members of Parliament, who would be setting public policy.
(Shortly after taking control of the major press in London, a like-minded monopoly-capitalist on Wall Street with ties to the British Rothschild financial dynasty did the same thing in America in 1915. This was done by J. P. Morgan, who purchased the top twenty-five newspapers in America. That is another peak event which the NEA seems to overlook when deciding which content should be included in public school history books. But also of great importance is the fact that the R.I.I.A. befriended President Wilson’s delegation at the Paris Peace Accords in 1919, and inspired them to, upon their return from Paris back to America, create a branch chapter of the R.I.I.A. in the United States.
By the year 1921, with assistance from Wall Street big timers like the J.P. Morgan financial empire and the Rockefeller brood, as well as NGOs and “public-private partnerships”, the American branch of the Royal Institute of International Affairs was created in New York City.
The American branch of the R.I.I.A. decided to name itself “The Council on Foreign Relations” (CFR). Its dual purpose, sans several tons of appended infusoria, was to dominate the American press and to dominate the U.S. State Department’s foreign policy. In other words, the purpose was to influence American “perception” and promote a globalist-directed State Department policy, same as their plot to take over the British press more than a decade earlier.
So yes, the CFR is an American extension of the Rhodes Round Table group’s Royal Institute of International Affairs.
The CFR dominates, structures, and guides the mass media’s overall narrative. The CFR controls the narrative. The Corporate Dynasty (Wall Street and Madison Avenue) and the Federal government take full advantage of that. The planned “effect” of the mass media’s narrative is to have the American people accept an “external” authority such as “government authority”. The implied message to John Q. Public is:
“Don’t stand on your own two legs and accept full responsibility for your life — No Siree! — Let government provide all solutions to all of life’s challenges, including how you should educate your children, how to obtain general healthcare, and even how you should see things, how you should think, and especially *what* you should think. Trust in government, have faith in government, follow the leader like good little obedient “citizens”, just as you were taught in grade school. Do all that government insists is best for you, and you will be free to enjoy the comforts, conveniences, entertainments, job security, and many other subtle but effective distractions of soft-gloved quasi-slavery.”
I can remember that game we all played at grade-school level, the one called “Follow the Leader”, where we learned how to be followers. The inherent power in that one particular meme, ‘follow the leader’, has been vastly under-estimated by the public at large, for we’ve all grown up wanting a “Leader”, instead of looking within oneself for one’s connection with one’s original spiritual birthright as a self-owner.
Now it is apparent that two concocted World Wars, a Cold War, and an endless War on Terror resulted from narratives injected into the collective consciousness throughout an entire range of peak events across the Twentieth Century. That narrative has been projected here in America (and to a growing extent in foreign lands) via the CFR’s controlling guidance. Whether it was Dan Rather, Connie Chung, Barbara Walters, or Walter Cronkite, all the major “news anchors” on mass TV channels have always been members in the CFR. The reader will notice that the mass media is saturated with fear-mongering breaking news stories about the doom and gloom of an deadly world-wide pandemic called COVID 19 which we all must avoid by becoming slaves to the All-Knowing Glorified Damned-by-God Government. That blitz is the direct descendant of the Rhodes Round Table’s Royal Institute of International Affairs’ satellite in America called the CFR.
This has so tangled human perception in the collective consciousness of mankind on our tiny planet as to now threaten individual freedom, individual sovereignty as naturally-born souls in human bodies, and personal responsibility as self-owning individuals. In popular contradiction of Thomas Jefferson’s “Unalienable Rights” which include principles of self ownership, the unawakened masses seek an authority outside their very own souls. They want a “Leader” to follow. They generally do not consider that their personal Soul is directly connected with their Creator, or with, as Jefferson put it, “Nature” or “Nature’s God”. Understanding that the individual Soul is the source of all sovereignty is a necessary psychological perception for anyone aspiring toward full ownership of one’s life, one’s personal responsibility, one’s “karma”, one’s Unalienable Right to “Freedom”. Self-governance begins with the word “self”, does it not? The Self is not in Washington D.C., nor is it in Heaven. It is right here on earth so long as it manages to keep its dedicated body alive. The self is inside you. My self is inside me. Everything external to that fact of life is state-sponsored collectivism’s illusion.
If a small group of powerful men sought to dominate the world, control the regional and global economies, surely they would in their greed know that the two societal and cultural institutions which they must use are government and religion.
America was, prior to the Industrial Revolution a nation of individuals. Our forebearers were self-owners. But the masses have always been conditioned to want their external “Kings” or Presidents, their presumptive “Leaders”, their massive, concentrated and centralized governments. That false sense of need is exactly what the CFR and the globalist masters for whom CFR operates want to encourage. And by George, they’ve now got it. Here is one famous example — Hillery Clinton lets the cat out of the bag, thanking the CFR for opening a satellite office just down the street from the U.S. Department of State in WDC. She refers to the Pratt House in New York City as “the mother ship”, and notes that she does not have to go as far now to learn from the CFR how to run the State Department:

Did you notice that part about bringing the United States back into the British Empire? And his vision that a great enough power could stop all wars if Great Britain were the ruler of the empire? Pack Africa with British settlers? And South America? This is the character, the mode of thought, the personality and philosophy of the man who created the group that created the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
Above I have copied into this article a excerpt from Professor Carroll Quigley’s book, “The Angle-American Establishment”, depicting Cecil Rhodes as a world-changer who worked through a secret society of “the Elect” to mold 20th Century British Empire policy. Rhodes was hugely wealthy, similar in wealth to today’s madmen like Bill Gates and Elon Musk. Rhodes created the Rhodes Scholar program to train young men for work in promoting the global conquest of the British Empire. Rhodes scholars are taken to England where they are indoctrinated into Fabian socialism before returning to their native countries to promote the one-world-government idea. The man who wrote the book, “The Anglo-American Establishment”, Professor Carroll Quigley, also got a young Bill Clinton a Rhodes Scholarship, so the psychopath Clinton did get a dose of Fabian socialism, although he failed to graduate as a Rhodes scholar.
One note aside, regarding the Quigley/Clinton/Rhodes Scholarship fiasco — When the average American mom and pop learn that their graduating son has been selected to be a “Rhodes Scholar”, they are filled with pride that their son has demonstrated that he and his studies stand head and shoulders above his classmates. They will brag about their son being thus selected for success in the “real world”. Hardly any family has any idea what is behind that Rhodes Scholarship. I mention that because it is a fitting metaphor for the massive hypnosis by which the NEA, Madison Avenue, Federal Reserve System, Inc., and American media have controlled the public mind. That is just one example of the insidious intent of Cecil Rhodes over a Century ago, and here today we see it all over America.
By noting that I aim to imply that it is possible, through the United Nations’ network of governments and their assets such as NGOs, social and cultural institutions, that a federal agency such as the CDC can, through back-channel, back door, or other undetectable means, know of and be given proper narrative about an upcoming, planned, well-thought-out, scenario-studied, and designed pandemic — before the event happens.
The average American reading this would never know that the CFR is an extension of a British secret society created by Cecil Rhodes over a century ago. And the average American also is not aware of the relationship Rhodes had with the House of Rothschild. Also withheld from public school textbooks is how the Rothschild family gained control over the Bank of England and “the lion’s share of the British national debt in 1815, and the role played by the Rothschilds in the formation of the present-day Federal Reserve System, Inc. here in America.

Remember: it was Cecil Rhodes who consolidated the gold mines of South Africa for the Rothschild banking dynasty. And it was Cecil Rhodes who created the power-generating global corporate entity known as the De Beers Diamond Syndicate for the House of Rothschild. For his lapdog service in generating yet more wealth for the Rothschild family, a country in Africa was named for Cecil Rhodes. Remember “Rhodesia”? How quaint, that an African country would be named for a British empire builder and founder of the Rhodes Round Table group.
All of that history and much, much more is behind and within the CFR, and also in its subsequent bastard child, the Technocracy-pushing Trilateral Commission created by Zbigniew Brzezinski, (author of “The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy And Its Geostrategic Imperatives”), and David Rockefeller, self-confessed globalist/internationalist whose family funded Adolf Hitler’s eugenics programs under Ernst Rudin during the 1930s and 1940s, even throughout the entirety of, and aftermath of, the second World War.
The Rockefeller dynasty, btw, also donated the ground in New York City after World War II for the international world headquarters of the United Nations headquarters building – a wet-dream-come-true for the Rhodes Round Table groups, whose efforts with the League of Nations after WWI had fizzled and dissipated. Look also to the Rockefeller band of traitors for the creation of the World Health Organization under the wing of the UN.
So far, I have learned that I don’t want to work for the CDC, the CFR and its American mainstream media and State Department. Whatever their original humanitarian premise was when created, the morphic transmutation of those fellow travelers has produced abusive natures in their current capacities.
Shoot! The more I looked, the more my chances of finding a job appeared to be nil. But I continued, since I’m unemployed anyway, right? Just wait ’til you see what I came up on next. Let’s move over to Part Three.
